Recent Accomplishments
Gateway Arts Center

12 affordable, visual artist studios including ceramics, paper making,
photography painting and mixed media. Studios range from 300-500sf.

The 39th Street Galley, 450sf gallery managed by the Gateway CDC
-
Anchor tenant MNCPPC Brentwood Art Exchange has a 2000sf gallery,
offices and 900sf classroom

Second tenant is the Prince Georges County African American Museum
and Cultural Center - Gallery 110. 700sf gallery with office.
